Lauren Wilner

Vice President, RTW & Beauty Fashion Director

Lauren has always loved fashion, although it's probably more accurate to say she is obsessed. Her fashion career began while studying at George Washington University, where she interned at Condé Nast, Intermix and where she finds herself today, Macy's Fashion Office. Lauren has also held a series of marketing, merchandising and product development positions at The Doneger Group, Scoop NYC, and HSN before her current role at Macy's. Lauren is currently the Fashion Director for RTW & Beauty and leads the respective merchandising and product development teams to deliver fresh and compelling fashion and beauty ideas that help our customers feel strong, empowered and ready to conquer the world.

Stephanie Muehlhausen

Vice President, Women's Accessories Fashion Director

A Minnesota native, Stephanie was first introduced to the world of retail with an internship overseas at Harvey Nichols. It was here where she gained insight into the world of high fashion and international business. Upon returning to the United States, Stephanie held various planning, buying and product development positions for a wide range of retailers, including Younkers, Lord & Taylor and Ann Taylor. In her current role as Vice President, Women's Accessories Fashion Director for Macy’s, Stephanie is a critical influencer in providing trend direction to the buying and product development teams to ensure the vision is focused, fashionable, relevant and consistent. A highly experienced retailer with an innate sense of style, Stephanie is responsible for communicating seasonal fashion direction that provides the right mix of fresh, new looks for the Macy’s customer.

Roberson Keffer

Vice President, Home Fashion Director

As one of the newest faces of Macy's Fashion Office, Roberson always knew he was destined to work in the fast-paced and energetic world of fashion. Hailing from a small town in west Texas, he has a sincere love for people, style, and aesthetic. A regular at trade shows and Parisian flea markets, Roberson is always on the quest for newness as well as what's unique and exciting. Before Roberson developed his highly refined point of view and love for home & design, he spent the last decade on the buying and planning side of the business. And, after spending time honing his love all things home, he draws on his own experiences and passion for delivering products and ideas that reflect how people want their homes to look and feel and the stories they want to tell.
